– Willard Hove, aged 89, of Paso Robles, California, passed away on May 5, 2024. He was born on June 8, 1934, in Paso Robles, California.
Willard graduated from Templeton High School in 1952. He was married to Maxine Holton. They had three sons, Steve, Tim and Mike.
Willard served in the Army and later pursued careers at Tom Germen, General Fire Proofing, Kimble Tire, and Safeway.
He was a dedicated sports enthusiast, with a particular love for watching the Dodgers. Willard cherished spending time with his family and attending his grandkids’ sports games.
Willard is survived by his children Steve, Tim, and Mike (Analyn), as well as his grandchildren Dawn, Dana, Deja, Dustin, Cece, Michael, Mikenna, and Michelle. He also had 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his sisters Charlene, Patty, and Ruthie and infant grandchild Crystal.
A graveside service will be held at Templeton Cemetery on June 8, 2024, at 11 a.m., followed by a celebration of his life and what would be his 90th birthday, at Templeton Park. All are welcome to join, share memories, and enjoy some food.
